Series of zoom meetings with different levels of management in RBC. Included meeting some stakeholders and clients as well as peers in other divisions. Calls were typically 1 hour with a small window at the end for questions.

How to deal with uncertainty for staff that were afraid of losing their jobs
I don’t think the interview process was very effective. The hiring manager appeared to lack sufficient hiring experience, and the questions asked did not seem well aligned with evaluating the best candidates for the role.
Online application followed by HR screening, followed by interview with hiring manager, followed by interview with executive/vice president (manager of hiring manager). Mix of general questions, behavioral questions, and opportunities to ask interviewer questions as well
