Had to submit cv and online application, then 3 online tests, followed by phone interview. The Insight Day itself was very interesting, was able to talk to graduates who worked there, as well as being given presentations by senior members of staff who could give a lot of information on their specific job roles as well as the general life at RBC. We also look round the trading floor and had a networking session at the end to talk to lots of other employees.
