Very conversational interview, very few technicals. Interviewers were primarily trying to get a sense of your understanding of global markets / economics and where your interests lie. Overall super friendly and a good interview experience.

Greater focus on behavioural questions over technical knowledge. You skip the online assessments if you completed the Spring programme. There is a half-hour telephone interview. Still waiting for a response on whether I've progressed to the AC.
