The interview was both professional and enjoyable. After the initial recruiter phone screen, there was a phone technical interview and then an onsite that lasted about half of the day. Throughout the interview process, I was able to meet smart people who were passionate about education. Not only was the recruiter considerate of my time, but the interviewers were diligent in the interview feedback process. I was pleasantly surprised about this since interviews are not always the number one priority for engineers.
