I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Qualtrics
Interview
The whole process was remote. I was referred by a friend who works here.
1. Chat with recruiter
2. Chat with hiring manager (behavioral questions)
3. Coding Question on hacker rank
4. System Design question - interviewer didn't turn on camera, said very little throughout the process
The recruiter told me that they had been slow in making a decision, that they will get back to me. They never got back to me.

Question 1
Tell me about a time that you made a mistake. How did you handle it?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Qualtrics
Interview
Applied through a recruiter, and had my first round interview as a phone screen using hackerrank. The question was a LeetCode easy problem concerning recursion. Had my second round interview which was then 3 back to back interviews with different engineers. The final of the three interviews was with two engineers. The questions revolved around string manipulation. Didn't make it past this round but I would say the process is very straightforward and I would focus on LeetCode Medium level questions as that is the level of questions you're most likely to face

Question 1
LeetCode easy to medium problems
The engineers made the problems themselves for the second round, but seems like they ask a lot of string manipulation problems
Started with a Recruiter screen - overview about company
ML Knowledge - basics of LLMs and your relevant projects
LeetCode - two basic easy and med leetcode problems
Takes a long time to hear back after each round - better to reach out after each round to ask about next steps.
First step is recriuter screen. Then 45 min technical with a software engineer, final round is 90 min technical and 30 min behavioral. They will have you schedule them on a web service called goodtime. Interviewer was very friendly.
