Didn't make it through the phone screen, but was then reached out to by the manager of the department through InMail and asked to interview again. I was clear in my response that I had applied to this same position previously, but was still interested in the role. Result: Ghosted. No follow-up, no "oh, looks like you applied and ..." Nothing.
