The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Qualcomm (San Diego, CA) in Jun 2009
Interview
Basically there is first a phone interview with an HR person. The HR person is just trying to get a feel for your background and overall demeanor. Then you are invited to the office to meet with all of the manager and stuff you would be working with. Their test is the fit test. They are looking for someone that fits the position and company culture best. Just research this out and it doesn't matter how much experience you may or may not have!

Question 1
Describe a time when you took initiative on a project. What did you do? What was the outcome?
1st round was a phone screen with a rotational analyst for about 30 min of simple behaviorals. Final round was two 30-min back to back panel interviews with rotationals and then higher level management who oversee the intern program. Interviews were similar, mostly behavioral and discussing experience on your resume.
