Interview
In two steps, one general talk with hiring manager and hr then solve a problem at home in one week then share them with other group member. One week after second row i got refusal with feedback.

Question 1
Did i like the project ? And how long it took to complete and most difficult chalenge i had. Also they asked few coding questions
Phone screen, Hiring manager interview, Take home assignment, Interview with Engineering team discussing assignment, and a Final Interview with department manager.
The final interview was more of an informal discussion/organizational fit.
Assignment was broad, goal was to create a microservice that allowed a user to interact in different ways with an LLM. There were several suggested directions and ideas for testing beyond just writing up an API (testing scalability, handling different traffic scenarios, etc). There was no strict time limit, but they said people typically spend 8hrs or so.

Interview
First hr round asking non-technical questions such as tell me about yourself, why apply for this job etc. Second round with manager giving more context about the team and their work, then ask questions accordingly, if the manager is satisfied, there is a coding test.
