    Pros

    CEO, Mike Capone has embedded a thriving culture here at Qlik. Truly a blessing to be lead by a top leader in this industry. Great company to work for due to the work/life balance. Major growth with the strategic acquisitions made. Pay is respectable.

    None so far, all is well.

    I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at Qlik (Paris (France)) in February 2019.

    J'ai passé 9 entretiens ente janvier et mai 2019 pour tout d'abord un poste de Named Account Manager et ensuite, ne faisant pas l'affaire selon leur jugement, le Manager de l'équipe des Target Account Manager a voulu me refaire passer des entretiens dont un panel devant 5 personnes (que j'avais déjà vues), au bout de 9 entretiens, ils m'ont redit non sans aucunes explications valables... Ils m'ont dit que c'était une multitude de toutes petites choses qui misent ensemble faisaient qu'ils ne pouvaient m'accorder ni le poste de Named Account Manager, ni le poste de Target Account Manager. Je pense que dans cette entreprises, si tu n'es pas moulé exactement comme ils veulent, ils te renient, ce qui ne va pas du tout avec leur discours sur l'embauche équitable quelque soit le sexe, l'appartenance ethnique etc... et de faciès, car il y avait clairement l'un d'entre eux qui m'avait dans le collimateur depuis le début... !!!!! Je déconseille vivement d'y rentrer !!!! Ils m'ont fait tourner en bourrique et m'ont fait perdre du temps sans compte le leur... C'est bien triste pour eux !
