VERY easy. Asks about your previous work experience, how any experience you've had relates to the job your applying for. If you get an offer, they actually ask what you what you would be comfortable doing (shift, position, days off, etc.). You get an offer of employment and it's up to you to decline or accept.

Being shuttled through like cattle. It was for their seasonal busy time and a few hundred people went through the process that day. If you were acceptable they did a spit drug test there!
