Panel group of leaders from different parts of operation - situational questions. Several different situations discussed throughout interview. Had several steps and returned multiple times to the site to meet several levels.
Unprofessional would be an understatement. The recruiter provided inaccurate dates and times, therefore, I missed the on-site interview. I had to follow up with the recruiter several times before another interview was scheduled. When it was rescheduled, it was a phone interview vs an in person interview. During the phone interview with 2 managers they had the radio on which was distracting. Parts of the conversation were distorted and cut out, along with hearing loud squelches from the radio. I had to ask them to repeat questions and one point I lost my train of thought. Its apparent they don't treat, assess or have a consistent approach with each potential candidate. I received a thank you, but your not moving on in the process.
