I recently had a panel interview for the Senior Analyst, Finance - Processing Business Partner role at Pushpay. The interview was structured to include multiple team members, which gave me the chance to interact with people from different departments, including finance, product, and operations. They asked a mix of technical and behavioral questions, focusing on how I approach financial analysis, forecasting, and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
One part of the interview that stood out was their interest in my ability to work with large datasets and translate that data into actionable insights. They asked me about specific examples of how Iâve used tools like Power BI and SQL to drive business decisions and improve performance management. I also had to discuss how I handle multiple priorities and manage projects under tight deadlines, especially when collaborating with different teams.
It was a great experience overall because it gave me insight into how the team works together at Pushpay and how the role directly contributes to the company's strategic goals. The collaborative culture and focus on innovation really stood out to me.
