Prosperity Life Group interview questions

Did one interview and never heard anything back. Mainly asked behavioral questions and questions regarding my prior experience. Interviewer seemed very tired and wasn't too enthusiastic when describing the responsibilities for the role.

I was contacted by a recruiter from LevelUp who apparently also partners with Prosperity. The process moved pretty quickly at first as I met with the Director and VP. About a week later, I met with their HR rep as well. A couple weeks went by and they had me informally meet with the hiring manager who they had just brought on during this process. I sent over a couple of references they asked for as well as prior work reviews (which is an absurd thing to ask for) and they followed up saying that went well and both the director and recruiter indicated to me an offer was coming. A week later I was told an offer was not forthcoming. Very misleading and sketchy hiring practices.
