The recruitment process included multiple stages such as an HR interview, IQ assessment, Business Analyst test, and a final BA interview. While the process itself was structured and comprehensive, the communication and responsiveness after the interviews were relatively slow, with long waiting periods between updates and feedback.

Initial HR interview, followed by with a technical interview by senior PM. Followed by CEO Pretty easy to navigate through if you knwo the subject. Was pretty fast. I got a call very quick.
