Had to do psychometric tests (numerical) to start off - wasn't tooo difficult. Had 2 x one-to-one interviews, was asked the same questions in each so be prepared to repeat yourself whilst sounding equally enthusiastic. Try and learn and gain confidence from 1st interview. All competency based questions apart from 1 technical/knowledge based question on a scientific technique I have used in the past. Transport arranged for us to and from train station to site in Newcastle.
