Interview
Took two rounds of interviews and were standard PEAK question with two more situational questions. The interviewers were friendly and nice and it was not too hard talking to them. Would say they were on of the nicest interviewers that I have come across
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
