Interview
In the interview, there were a multitude of questions. It was largely behavioral questions. And there were some situational questions in which they proposed hypothetical scenarios to which you would have to respond how you would handle them.
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
