apt test and personal skill questions a lot of story telling, the 6W questions and drill on specific events quantify for your achievements, such as your proudest moments and how did you overcome an issue as a team, learnings and if you can do anything better
More on behavioral but had technical questions towards the tailend of the interview. I had to refrain from using business buzz words and tried to be as authentic as possible.

A lot of questions regarding my super powers, Word experience but also personal experience. They asked for a lot of examples ( context-actions-results) related to my leadership skils/ how I improved my Kpi's / how I motivated my team.
