I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Feb 2023
Interview
You send your resume. They give you an assessment, and if you passed you get to join a fun recruitment event for 2 days. They interview you 2 weeks after with the 1-3 Tech Leads. HR was a bit messy.
There are 3 interviews based on Peak Performance Factors. I highly suggest reviewing it beforehand. There's also many behavioral questions, so come prepared with stories about how you exhibited the Peak Performance Factors.
I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
The interview process consisted of three distinct stages, each designed to evaluate different aspects of a candidate's qualifications and suitability for the role. Throughout the process, the majority of the questions were situational in nature, focusing on how I would approach various real-life scenarios relevant to the position.
Takes a few months. Suggested to ask for a follow up every 2 weeks. Go from test to 3 interviews to job offers to final discussion. So either apply early or apply when you're not in a hurry.
