Went all the way to the third interview. 1st and 3rd Interviewer were straight forward. Basically asked you situational questions e.g conflict, teamwork & leadership. 2nd interviewer was more spontaneous and welcoming. On a side note, I had to wait for 2 weeks after my 3rd interview to get a notice that I was not selected. I had to email to 2 people before I get a reply. Overall, the 3 interviews gave me a good interview experience that geared me up for my future interviews
