It was online fit interview. First, you describe yourself and then you give examples of your professional or personal life when you used certain qualities. There were two fit interviews with different managers and you don't know in advance how many times you have the same interviews with other managers and what to expect next.

It was pretty standard, behavioural questions and a little bit of chit chat in the beginning. Nothing to tough, the interviewer was friendly and had own stories to tell which was fun to hear.
