You will answer a set of tests then after passing you will have an Interview with Hiring Manager then Interview with HR then Interview with Production Head. Similar questions, great interview experience. You will really get to know the company.

The interview was an on-site interview. I had three separate interviews throughout the day with different parts of the business. In between interview, I was given a tour of the facility.

Interview
Applied via college career website (taking both the personality test and IQ test), received an interview a week later, in-person 1-on-1 oncampus. All behavioral questions, very nice interviewer, very friendly, made it easy. Then, 3 days later, was called for an onsite interview, which included an IQ test and a group panel interview. Received an offer that same day. Note: interview reviews are for the final interview.
