Standard corporate buzz words plus tests. Evidently they want same person with different names. Job for non creatives. If you are male you are bascialy need to be two times as good as female to have a shot.

1 Round simple and easy. 45 minute interview asked 6 questions in total and answer in a STAR format. Situation, Task/action/result and include it in every question. answer confidently and dont hesitate. They are very nice with the marking and they respond with in couple weeks.
There were 2 rounds of interviews, asking about your leadership experience and examples of driving change in previous roles. In between the interview there were tests verifying your pattern recognition skills.

Most likely previous experience. Specific how to, why that, tell me something about a time when, how do you etc. Quite challenging if you don´t have experience but with a plan easy
