Firstly there is a couple of online tests you have to go through, which are to test your personality and whether you have what it takes to be a leader in P&G.
Following that I came down to P&G to do a test consisting of 3 sections; English, Maths, and Logic (IQ).
After that I had to fill up a behaviourial questionaire, and then was finally invited for my first 1:1 interview, which, I failed. =/
