Online interview via webex. Interviewer was friendly. Questions are repetitive. Questions are very general and open ended, can basically use same answer to answer few questions but interviewer kept asking for different examples. Interview took longer than I thought. In my opinion, it is a little bit too long for a fit interview.

The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
