I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Columbus, OH) in Sep 2013
Interview
I applied through my school before the school's career fair. Talked to a recruiter about my experiences. I got an offer to have an interview with them. I answered their questions promptly and asked questions.

I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Boston, MA) in May 2023
Interview
2 rounds of interviews total. There is a long questionnaire before the interviews. The formal interview had behavior questions and technical questions in both rounds. The 2 rounds were very similar.
You have to pass their test to continue on to the interview portion. I applied online and then met them at my college career fair. A couple days after applying online, I was invited to take an assessment. About1-2 weeks after, I got a call to schedule an interview. After that interview (1-2 weeks), a recruiter emailed me to schedule a day for a slew of interviews/talking to people. After the second round, I heard back within a few days of an offer. Each interview will ask you STAR based questions and then a scenario based question.
