Online process- questions, online assessments, 2x Skype interviews with senior management.
3-day assessment centre- intense 3 days consisting of individual task and presentation, group task and pitch, in-store task.
Incredibly well-organised and interactive, regular updates and no long waiting time to hear about the next stage. Really impressive.

Question 1
Questions were very predictable and each interview asked the same questions. Asked purely competency based questions (tell me about a time when you ...) as well as why P&G or why this role etc.
The interview was process was well-organised however it was relatively difficult. The questions that were asked were indeed generic but I feel like your knowledge of the company is really tested indirectly. You must display a strong interest in the field and the company.

Questions as expected, however upon joining the interview, the interviewer had me on mute. I was then told this was my fault and had to rejoin the teams called multiple times. Very bad first impression for a first interview, wasn't happy.
