45 minutes questions about my CV, very relaxed. Rest half hour was spent on situational questions after explaining different scenarios, where they will attempt to pressure you into answering wrong, but still quite relaxed.

3 situational questions 3 about innovation and process improvements. As a fresh grad who interviewed with P&G, it was a bit difficult to think about what I improved at first but always remember even things done in university or during internships count a lot.

3 rounds - same questions - set of situational and behavioral. Each between 1-2 weeks. If you pas everything, you will be invited into a final discussion where you will discuss the contract details, etc.
