On-campus hiring at IIT Madras.
There was a psychometric test evaluating your values which is the most crucial step in the application process.
They will even cross-check your interview answers with the test.
The interview questions are mostly behavioral, situational type questions that are evaluated on their peak performance factors. (google it)

I applied online. The process took 9 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Manila, Manila)
Interview
The interview process went like this: Application > Online Assessment > Interview. I was declined the position after the interview; but, to be frank, I personally found the online assessment to be way more difficult than the interview. An extreme majority of those automated online assessments suck, anyways...

You'll have to go through a series of interviews, but first you have to pass the online assessment. Once you qualify for a position they will contact you for the initial interview with the HR. Then at least 2 more interviews with people from the department where you're considered. The interview is very formal and usually competence based questions are asked and some business case scenarios are given.
