Very smooth. Loved how she guided me through the interview in the start. Made me feel respected and I would love to work for them. Waiting for my 2nd interview.

They asked the "Tell me about yourself" and other questions regarding their peak performance factors
all behavorial questions. make sure to study up on their LEAD stuff because they want you to be that person to a T. the situational is easy, just stick to the LEAD model. master CAR/STAR format
