I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Mar 2019
Interview
1 hour video interview with one interviewer. Last 10 minutes dedicated to ask any questions. The tone was friendly but formal. Interviewer asked for questions to be answer in CAR (context, action, result) format. About 5 questions. Interview for a position in a non english speaking country, I assumed the interview would be english, given the corporate language, but only one of the questions were asked in english. No technical questions. Majority of questions were about previous experiences "tell me about a time when"... last two questions where "what would you do if..." questions.
