I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Sep 2017
Interview
personality test, IQ test, 3 interviews
extremely nice and respectful, process takes about a month,
they explain everything you need to know, it's clear that they dedicate a lot of resources to the screening process, really looking for a good fit- that's good both for the company and the employer
there is a practice test online that you can do before IQ test, no further preparation needed
no professional questions during interviews, just questions on different experiences you had and how u deal with different challenges
