      R&D Researcher-Intern Interview

      Nov 16, 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Nov 2012

      Interview

First you must submit your application online through the P&G website. I then got an email to take the personality and reasoning test. The personality test is pretty straight forward but I would definitely look at some sample questions for the reasoning/logic part of the test. I can prove to be a bit tricky especially if you don't have great spatial reasoning skills. After that I was contacted for a phone interview. It was strictly behavioral about your past experiences. I was then called back to schedule a day visit at the location I was applying for. The day visit is a great experience and Procter and Gamble puts a lot of effort into making it a memorable day where you learn a lot. I got picked up at the airport by my day host and then went out to dinner. The next morning starts early at the site where you will watch a short presentation on P&G. I then took the on-stie reasoning test which was slightly difficult. Right after that was the panel interview. Mine consisted of three interviewers from different positions. It was much like the first interview just a little more in-depth. The rest of the day consists of lunch and talking to more employees. Overall it was very helpful and you learn a large amount.
