I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (London, England) in Dec 2008
Interview
Online application, then a round of online personality test & aptitude test.
Applicants passing those 2 tests and meeting basic requirements will be invited for paper aptitude tests (logical and numerical), and first round of competency-based interview.
Then finalists will be invited for last round of competency-based interview. Offers will be made afterwards.
