The length of time it takes to be hired on with this company it is pretty significant. I interviewed in November of 2007, and wasn't even given my offer until April of 2008. The interview it's self was pretty straight forward. I interviewed with 4 people at once, and they were blunt and made it clear that if hired they expected Procter & Gamble to be your first priority.

How could I apply my past experiences to that particular department, and what changes based solely off the job description would I make?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
They contacted me and asked me to do the only assessment test. Passed all tests, CV sent, HR arranged for a call but the person didn’t call on time (a few hours later). I emphasized to use Singapore time for the call while HR called based on their own time zone.
I tried reaching to set another call but no reply. Very bad experience. HR maybe should level up their understanding and communication skills.
