Interview
Pre-assessment (for people who's CV's were considered as being strong) via a 50-60 multiple-choices quiz. Then a series of 3-4 selection-interviews, with the hiring function's experienced people (so: not necessarily with the HR!!), the last one being with the hiring manager/function head. One gets hired, on average, out of 100-120 applications.
