Ich hatte ein super Gefühl, war auf alle Fragen super vorbereitet. Danach kam eine Absage. Allein die Online Bewerbung ist sehr aufwendig: Motivationsschreiben, Fragebogen über Verhalten in bestimmten Situationen beantworten, Intelligenztest. Sollte man nach dem Skype-Interview weiterkommen, folgen noch viele weitere persönliche Bewerbungsgespräche.

- Intensiv auf die Stationen eingegangen, z.B. "Wie sind Sie bei der Bearbeitung der Aufgabe vorgegangen?"
Standardfragen:
- Describe a situation proving leadership
- Describe a difficult group situation you had
- Social commitment
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
