the hiring process took almost 4 months between my first online test and final resumption date
I started the process back in University, my final year .so I applied ,wrote two online tests, the first was more behavioural to know if you fit the PVP value system ,then second is math English and logic, the time is never enough so you have to be smart.
after that I got called for another test abd their office. after that 3 stages of interviews. then after almost 2 months
I got the email and call.
El proceso de selección fue bastante largo: alrededor de 3 meses de espera, 3 entrevistas y aproximadamente 6 horas en total hablando con diferentes personas. Al final, la propuesta consistía en unas prácticas no remuneradas y la decisión fue negativa. Creo que el proceso podría ser más ágil y transparente para evitar invertir tanto tiempo por ambas partes.
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
