Assessment meant everything to the company. Participated in assessment 2 years in a row and did not move on to interview round. Did not get to share personality/experience. Did not give me an opportunity because of assessment.
I applied through university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (West Lafayette, IN) in Oct 2019
Interview
The interview sequence of an engineering Co-Op involved 4 stages. Firstly, a casual one-on-one with a Purdue alumnus that is currently employed with P&G to get an initial sense of candidate fit. This was followed by a 1-hour interview with 2 P&G employees, both in technical roles. If this stage was cleared, there was an IQ exam that determined whether you would be invited to the P&G facility for a large-scale greeting of management as well as a site tour.
