The whole process took over 3 months. I applied online, and I was invited for the reasoning test. After passing that I was called a month later for my first interview at their office in Ikeja. I had a 1:1 with a brand manager, and this lasted for about 20 minutes. I got a call inviting me for a second interview over a month later. I had a panel interview with people from their sales unit, and it lasted for over 90 minutes. Next I was called to come over the next week. Upon getting there, I was told that I would have 2 interviews. The first (which was my third overall) was a panel interview with two members of their talent supply team, and it lasted for over an hour. I had to wait to about 2 hours to have the second of the day (my fourth overall), which was a 1:1 with someone from HR. This lasted for over 1 hour. I was told to wait behind. After waiting for about 1 hour, I was called in and I was given my offer letter on the spot.
