I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Sep 2011
Interview
Talked with a recruiter at the career fair, met the next day for an informal follow up. Had to take an online aptitude and reasoning test, then was offered an on-campus interview two weeks later. Reasoning test was difficult and based on pattern recognition... make sure you're rested before hand. On campus interview was semi rough, lots of specific behavioral questions you were expected to answer in a "Situation/Action/Results" format.
