The assessment centre was a fun interactive experience with existing apprentices involved, The recruitment team did a good job of making it feel like a collaborative environment, and it felt like a two way interview to judge if the program is for you. The interview process during the assessment day was quite relaxed and we had an enjoyable conversation while going over the predetermined questions. Time for my own questions was also great to learn more about the company.
