I did not pass assessment to achieve an interview and I cannot redo assessment for another year. They have an unfair screening process, no one I know has passed it.

Question 1
Asked lots of situational questions about what you would do in case of something going wrong on a project and then skill assessment on memory and quick caluclations.

Interview
The interview started with behavioral question. He asked about the experience that I had, the challanged that I solved and other things. He was polite and professional but the questions was wiered to me.

He asked me if your manager give you a project with the deadline of tonight, how would you handle this situation? especially if you notice that this new projecti requires more than a week to do.
