After passing the resume round and online assessment you might get invited to interview. The first round virtual interview was only behavioral questions and then final round on-site interview with multiple interviewers had both behavioral and technical questions.

All behavioral questions, not a single technical. I was flown out to tour the two plants in and had a panel interview with three people. Two were engineers and one was in finance. They were all friendly but asked from a list of questions that judged how well you could handle situations that are related to the job. Liked that I asked questions based off of what I saw on the tour.
