Primero Games interview questions

Interview process was incredibly informal in all aspects. My direct contact failed in all aspects of communication, and being respectful of applicants time. Brief summary of issues: Days to weeks between each contact, with basic information such as “job specifics”, and the “when” and “where” of the interview taking a rediculous amount of effort to shake out of them. (Literally weeks of asking for it) First interview never happened, as the company did not respond with appropriate specifics until AFTER it had passed the date. Second interview I received specifics late the night immediately before it was meant to happen. When the meeting finally happened, I arrived early…..the interviewer was 30+ minutes late to their own interview. Once interview was complete, I was told “The next step will be HR. I’ll reach out to you by Friday (3 days) with further specifics”. This never happened, and almost three weeks later - after repeated attempts of contact on my end - did I finally get an answer. I received a decline…on a job that THEY reached out to me regarding. (They contacted me via LinkedIn and exclaimed their interest in me…and then dragged me for a wild ride for over five weeks, before telling me “no”) Highly unprofessional experience, and the Director involved in all this showed a complete lack of respect for the applicants time and basic respect for another human being.

I went though a 2 step interview process. The first step was a phone interview. The second was an in person interview. It took a few weeks to hear if I would move forward or not.
