Spoke to regional vp of sales who lamented that they have had trouble finding and retaining good sales employees. We discussed the daily activities of the position and had a brief discussion of pay structure since the job involved commission earnings. Following that, I had a phone call with an Account Executive who had been with the company for several years who was able to give a bit more candid info on the position.

Applied on LinkedIn and interviewed with regional sales manager. 3 days later I interviewed with a regional VP sales and was told they would get back to me the following week. Never heard from them. Sounded like it was a revolving door in this place and cant hold on to good employees

Phone interview, face to face with director, followed by another phone eithe the area sales manager and then a final with the regional manager. Easy process overall just be confident and show your eagerness and willingness to learn.
