Interview
First there is a short phone interview first. Then a relatively short face to face interview ~15 minutes long. Two people, the Manager and assistant manager ask a few questions in the style of a casual conversation. It's mostly younger people going for the job, so they understand to not be overly formal.

Very informal, running through past experience, why you want to work for primark, what you know already (do your research, my interviewer was very impressed!! And questions regards availability, if you’re confident and dressed well, all should be good!
