It was a one-on-one interview. We went in to an office, took a seat and he asked me questions such as, "When you have had to provide excellent customer service?"
"If we ran out of stock of an item a customer was looking for, what solutions would you provide the customer with?"
"Why do you want to work here?"
The questions asked were generic job interview questions. It was pretty straight forward and easy going. He was reading questions of a sheet of paper and writing down my answers. At the end of the interview he asked me, "is there anything you would like to ask?"

Question 1
"If we ran out of stock of an item a customer was looking for, what solutions would you provide the customer with?"
I was invited to have an interview with a hiring manager. It was a short conversation (probably approximately 20 minutes), and I was asked only few questions. The interviewer focused especially on team-work.
The interview process was thorough and well designed. The was a group interview and an individual interview which tested a range of skills, but was carried out in an inclusive and comfortable environment.
face to face interview and it takes arround 15- 20 minutes. its quite easy one and they will ask about questions regarding your educational background, employment history and skills that you have to work in the position.
