I applied online through a referral. I spoke to the recruiter who did not seem interested. As there were no positions available that were suited for my skill set i.e. Network Engineer, Sharepoint Administrator, Machine Learning Engineer. The recruiter wanted to know why I wanted to switch.

4-round interview.
Phone screening, Interview with Hiring Manager, Technical interview, HR call.
Overall it was all finished in 4 weeks. Some questions were purely technical where you need to show your expertise and deep knowledge.
