Interview
Upon arrival was given s plant tour. Then met with the interim ops person, the sales manager and then the GM. They shared with me there challenges and issues and asked how I could help solve these issues.

Interview
It was mainly behavioral, although they did ask about my prior experience as well. They seemed like they were interested, although it seems now that they were not that interested because of a failure to reply to my follow-ups.
